The Faces of Hope

They are the face of a fading community. Deep in Panama’s Darién jungle lies a village; the birthplace of the Chunga people, who have lived here for generations. The modern world has reached them too. Faced with the tide of progress, they fight to preserve their traditions, language, land, and beliefs. Among the 80 villagers, these free and carefree children carry the hope of survival, and continuation.
